Hi All,

We haven't given up on organizing an annual event. Right now, we are looking at "piggybacking" a 15th century annual encampment with a Medieval Fair, until insurance issues are eventually resolved. We will have a better idea regarding the possibilities by October, as we are trying out this experiment towards the end of September. If it is successful, we will see if the event organizers are interested in expanding for next season.

Hi All,

We have a very promising lead on a property in NH, that would like to host our event. I will post information as it becomes available.

I have spoken to the property owner, we are going to take a look at it after the Holidays. Fingers crossed, this is looking pretty solid.

I wish you luck. We're having trouble getting the gig for next year at the faire down here, as the person who owns the fair sees us as costing too m uch, and doesn't see what we are doing for the educational side of things.

THe current update -

We are meeting with the property owners on the 17th. They are the hosts of the New Hampshire Renaissance Fair. This year, we will be putting up a Living History Display for them, on an adjacent part of the property concurrent with the Fair, and next year, we should have our Seperate Event.

The Hosts are educators, and are very interested in hosting a 15th century reenactment/living history event as a seperate function to their one weekend a year Fair.

Renie is a member of WA she's barely pictured on the right. Don't know who the other fellow is. Neville's is 15th c.

Also, the property is 35 acres and has two separate fields.

This photo was taken at the NHRen faire, and while it will be our intro onto the scene, the owner wants us to come and do more historic education programs.

Correct. The fellow in the pic is obviously not 15th c. Did we mention that the site was used for the NH Ren Faire and that's when that pic was taken.
