Hi All,

Bob received in the mail his Billy and Charlies prototype flask (mk II), and it is a thing of beauty.

quote:

I have a decent amount of reproduction hollow ware, from the major vendors, and I have to say that Billy and Charlies hollow ware exceeds them all in quality of finish - the items available are on par with fine pewter ware available from modern German manufacturers.

And this is a prototype! Mac was good enough to engrave my arms on the flask, because I am sure they will see a wide circulation, and I don't want anyone to mistake theirs for mine. Wink Here is an image

The very thing every Late Medieval reenactment portrayal of a gentleman or lady needs, for their valet to be carrying for them! Or for the adventurous Middle Class pilgrim to carry on a staff, on the road to St. James...

I must say... having handled the flask, the neck and stopper were really well done. I was very impressed...

Of course next time there may be more than water put in there for the next presentation... Authenticity when demonstrating Lord Daker after all...
