Hey Guys,i'm looking for any accurate information on 14th century (more-so 1350 AD) dutch, (or flemish i think it's called,) armor, weapons, garments, that type of stuff, i've tried a bit here and there but can't seem to find anything, Cheers, Lee [ 05-15-2005: Message edited by: Andreas Vanderslyke ]

Hi Lee, and Welcome to Firestriker! One good source for the era would be the Romance of Alexander, circa 1340, and positively identified as Flemish. It is online at the Bodilian Library, I think, but when you are trying to view the manuscript pages, it takes a while to load. I'll try to post a link when I get home. -------------------- Bob R.

Greetings Lee! I believe that Chef will be pointing you here: Bodleian Library for your information. My apologies to Chef if I am in error.Andy -------------------- "Luminous beings are we; not this crude matter." www.andrewsarmory.com
