I myself have wondered about the "Paul Chen Practical" line of blunts offered by Therion and others. Does anyone have one, or do you know if they meet the specs set by UK reenactment combat rules set by Regia, The Vikings, White Rose, and the like?

The edge is a little too thin for Regia standards, too. They'll work in a pinch. See if you can get the newer ones in which the hilt furniture is not chromed.

Paul Binns is what I have for Regia use. The Jelling Dragon also has some slightly cheaper ones that I've never handled.
