My name is Steve Vaught and I am this years coordinator for the event. I know it is early yet but I would like to get an idea of how many people are coming so that I can help plan actiivties, arrange workshops and decide how much food to buy for the event's feast.
To be honest one of the reasons the event was canceled last year was it was two weeks before the event and we had no idea how many people were coming. As you know that makes it very difficult to get things coordinated/

So if you could poll your members and send me a note, I would greatly appreciate it
