Some nice strikes there. God, The Man in Black even has a gold coronel. When will his sumptuousness end . Do i spy a new curiasse for Jeff or a new Armet??

Are you kidding? When would he have time to make something for himself? His dance card is filled for like the next 3 years or something.

He had 2 new caparisons and 5 new pieces of clothing for this event ( ) but no new armour bits.

An interesting point for the horse people out there- apparently Toby's horse Switch got hit clean in the middle of the forehead with a lance the first time he jousted (I don't think Toby was on him). I am told he kept going to the end of the list where stopped, hung his head down, shook it vigorously making a BWBWBWBWWB cartoon sound with his lips, then turned himself around and charged back down the list!

He's a smart guy, and as you may have noticed he now keeps his head down when he jousts!

must be seeing it in a new light then . Wow, that's one lucky horse, either side of the shanfron and it doesn't bear thinking about.

Ahh, I did wonder why he was doing that!

I used to have a horse that did that in canter (well any gait actually!) and used to "paddle" extravagantly with his front feet.

He hadn't been hit with a lance though he was just weird!!!!
