Hi, I'm Alberto da Fermo, from Italy.
Your site is very complete and you know well the history of the Middle Ages!

I'm making ferrules for my doublet...but I do not know where to start..can you help me?

Hi Alberto,

I am not sure how to make these - we buy ours ready-made. It seems it would be a difficult prospect to make them well without the trick of rolling the ferrule/chape correctly.
