Well, seems theres time enough to get stuff around for the next go at it....Ok, so Ive moved even farther away, to Ohio from Pennsylvania. But I still want to help with the event. I would like to re-submit my offer to donate a piece of artwork for the prizes for the event.
I found a FANTASTIC origional tapastry or illumination of Charles the Bold returning victorious from somewhere. I will use that referrence for the basis of the piece.
Im also in the middle of some contracted pieces with medieval themes, once they are done and the customer has his copies, I am free to post them to show you the style Im offering to the event. Namely Im in the victorian era etching funk, being that the real love for chivalric romance rebloomed in this era and brought forth such splendour in artistic expression and realism to a once iconographic (and theres nothing wrong with that!) medium.
If anyone has any requests or suggestions, please let me know.
I am also forced to borrow my father's computer as we visit as my super-cool PC has no dial-up modem as I was spoiled at my old place with DSL. So uploading anything for a month will be difficult and my responses may be slow. Apologies.
Kindest regards,
