If I bought it, I would use it for fighting (fencing/battle reenactment with metal swords of course), of course not for jousting (not that type of visor, no way).
Generally my "requirements for authenticity" are as high as possible, that's why I guess I will not buy it, at least not for display purposes.
Who made it and how I don't know. The description says the helmet itself is made from 2 pieces, the visor from one, and it is from 2mm steel.
And the price is 160.
I hoped for an answer like "with this hinge, the visor will soon fall of" or "does look crappy" or "very good looks with a few flaws" or "totally wrong" or something like that concerning the fact in the U.S. this type of helmet is more common and some of you might as well have made one of these as have seen lot sof them as comparison
