The book having been delayed is now available for pre-order, available online at Amazon.com as well as an E-Book.

The release is anticipated for July, and the "grand prize" includes a signed copy of the book from Resa, and a set of 6, hand colored linocut bookplates cut and printed by Andy Volpe (me!) A smaller set will likely be made available in the near future.
